We’re building a new generation of software systems where AI is a core component of the architecture, not an add-on. These systems combine backend services, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision layers to support complex user workflows at scale.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a small, senior team responsible for designing and delivering robust, production-ready platforms. You’ll work on systems that integrate AI capabilities, backend services, and modern web applications, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and clean architecture. This project is long-term.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and scale backend services using TypeScript/Node.js, AWS, and Postgres.
• Build and evolve systems that integrate AI-driven logic, orchestration layers, and external data sources.
• Develop secure and scalable data pipelines, applying best practices around privacy, access control, and observability.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver end-to-end features (backend and frontend).
• Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and performant in production environments.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code quality, and engineering standards within a small, high-impact team.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React in production environments.
• Solid background in cloud architectures (AWS) and relational databases (Postgres).
• Experience working in complex systems or fast-moving technical teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work autonomously in English (mandatory).

⭐️ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents, LLM frameworks, or applied ML systems.
• Background in regulated environments.
