About the Role
This is 9 - 12 contract role to support the roll out of a website and app redesign. In this role, you'll work on exciting projects like building and optimising a new website, creating a mobile app platform, and enhancing customer journeys across online and offline channels. You'll develop your design skills through ideation, concept development, user testing, and crafting end-to-end experiences. A focus on continuous improvement and customer-centric design is essential, along with experience using design software and wireframing tools.

What You'll Do:
  • Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps and websites that delight users and achieve business outcomes.
  • Lead the development of key customer journeys, focusing on reducing confusion and improving digital servicing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product managers, and engineers, to ensure seamless design execution.
  • Support website transformation projects, refining navigation and information architecture.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative research techniques to validate designs and continuously enhance user experiences.
  • Work with external agencies to leverage creative expertise and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
What You Bring:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, delivering high-quality web or app solutions.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and prototyping software.
  • A data-driven approach to design and a strong understanding of accessibility standards.
  • Experience working in agile teams and with design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft inclusive, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for customer-focused design.
