This a unique opportunity for a HR Administrator or Coordinator looking for their next step to gain further experience within a community centric, values led, family organisation.
Based in Inner West/ Western Sydney (with 1 day WFH), in this role you will receive direct mentorship & gain exposure across the employee lifecycle on all HR Administrative activity, including; Recruitment support, HRIS management, onboarding & HR projects.

About The Role
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Management of a HR inbox, with all queries.
- Managing complete onboarding and induction process.
- Managing the HRIS system Dayforce.
- Ensure all HR Admin is processed, including changes to terms and conditions, parental leave, probation, HR inbox queries, HR invoicing, HR reporting and metrics etc.
