We are looking for a Scrum Master

An experienced professional who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across squads while maintaining clear communication with Product Owners and stakeholders.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements.
• Identify and remove blockers affecting team progress (access requests, test users, bug follow-up, cross-team dependencies).
• Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; organize meetings when needed.
• Maintain delivery governance: ensure Jira tickets are updated, prioritized, and aligned with dependencies.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team dependencies and contribute to process improvements.

• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to support Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and remove blockers.
• Ability to foster collaboration within squads and across teams.
• Organizational and analytical mindset to track progress, priorities, and dependencies.
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and ability to maintain focus on team performance and outcomes.

✅ Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and experience facilitating core ceremonies.
• Experience managing workflows and backlogs in Jira.
• Ability to manage team capacity, prepare sprint planning inputs, and monitor delivery execution.
• Fluent in English (C1) with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
