We are looking for: Product Owner & Transformation Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product: translate business requirements into clear, prioritized roadmaps and drive continuous improvement with an enterprise-wide, end-to-end perspective.
- Orchestrate governance and cross-team communication: design and operate a PMO/communication framework connecting COO, middle/back office, Technology, and Business stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders: act as the primary interface with senior bank executives, external vendors, joint ventures, and partner banks, ensuring alignment and transparent reporting.
- Lead end-to-end delivery: own scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk/issue logs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Drive digital innovation: promote omnichannel solutions (web, mobile, APIs, embedded finance) and adoption of scalable architectures.
- Turn data into decisions: analyze complex information to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
Mandatory:
- 5+ years in top-tier management consulting or Big-4 advisory roles, specializing in treasury transformation or transaction banking programs for large corporates.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-team projects in regulated financial services environments.
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and related tools (JIRA or similar).
- Solid understanding of corporate treasury products: cash management, liquidity, payments, FX, trade finance, and their digital enablers.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence C-level executives and technical teams alike.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Experience in digital banking innovation and omnichannel solutions (web, mobile, APIs, embedded finance).
- Working knowledge of ERP financial and logistics flows (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and experience as PMO or workstream lead on ERP implementations.
- Exposure to emerging technologies in treasury solutions (open banking APIs, real-time payments, AI/ML, cloud platforms).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Additional European languages.
