HR Project Manager (Systems)

Your new company

In this 12-month contract you will be working for a leading financial services institute on a large HR systems modernisation project.


Your new role

• Apply expertise to advise and support the project manager in decision-making.
• HCM Solutions Delivery: Collaborate with vendors on functional design and implementation of HCM solutions
• Work closely with team members, providing expertise and best practice recommendations.
• Assist P&C stakeholders through business transformation, from process design to technical solutions and future state transition.
• Aid in developing People products and services as part of implementation activities.
• Deliver customer-centric HR outcomes using agile techniques, ensuring a great leader and employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• HR Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in HR with deep expertise in one or more modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruitment, Learning, Talent, Advanced Compensation) is highly desired.
• Legislative Knowledge: Experience interpreting legislative instruments, including Enterprise Agreements and Australian employment standards.
• HRIS/HCM Systems: Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (SAAS) implementations, working closely with implementation partners/vendors (desirable).
• Adaptability: Proven ability to deliver in fast-changing environments.
