Role Description

To fit the role as an Embedded Software Developer & Tester you are a person who understands the interaction between hardware and software and knows how to best take advantage of a resource-limited embedded system. You will be in a challenging and exciting project at one of our Automotive customers where you will work with the AUTOSAR platform for safety-critical ECU:s.

Job responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test embedded software components in an AUTOSAR environment.
• Ensure robust testing and continuous integration for both embedded and cloud-linked systems.
• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement of development and test processes.
  
  

The role includes both independent work and work in agile teams. You will get a great responsibility for your own tasks and the communication and problem solving are always on today's agenda. We expect you to have a user-centred, solution-oriented way of working and that you are open, committed and innovative. You are fluent in English and can communicate effectively with all types of stakeholders. You are analytical and a problem-solver – aware of that there are multiple solutions for a problem and that structured and optimized code with quality always pays off in the long run.

Qualifications

Below are the basic qualifications for the position, but your personality and mindset are also of great importance

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Software Development, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of work experience with the AUTOSAR platform and strong proficiency in Embedded C (C++ and Simulink is a plus).
• Technically committed and likes to work with the entire development process within Automotive
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
