Elvy was founded on a simple idea: homeowners shouldn't have to be engineers or millionaires to have a sustainable home. What Spotify did for music we do for energy, turning a complex, expensive ownership model into a seamless, worry-free subscription.

We install solar panels, a heat pump, and a battery system with zero investment required for the customer. The homeowner gets a fixed monthly price including all energy consumption and peace of mind for 15 years. 

We are in the midst of closing our Series A, recently secured significant debt financing to scale, and proven the model in Sweden. Now, we are entering an intense growth phase.


The Opportunity


We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate who will drive subscription growth and help homeowners adopt sustainable energy. You will run the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed 15-year subscription, refine our sales playbook, and turn insights into action across the funnel. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a high-impact role. You will collaborate closely with Operations and Marketing, and you will have the mandate to grow into a team lead as we scale.


Who You Are


  • 2+ years of experience in B2C/prosumer sales with a consistent over-quota record
  • Bonus if worked in energy, tech, home improvement, solar, heat pumps, or premium subscriptions
  • Consultative seller who uncovers needs and tailors solutions for homeowners
  • Strong pipeline discipline in HubSpot or similar CRM, comfortable with online demos and home visits
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and improve the playbook as you go
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
