A Cybersecurity Manager is needed to ensure consistent execution of a unified cybersecurity strategy across multiple business units. The role is based in Solna with the option to work remotely part of the time.

You will work within a central IT function and collaborate closely with local IT managers and a cross-organization cybersecurity community. The position requires maintaining structure, driving security initiatives, ensuring compliance, and supporting a strong governance model already in place. The work involves international coordination, structured reporting, and presenting updates in various internal forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply and operationalize cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, and IEC 62443
  • Execute, maintain, and refine the existing cybersecurity strategy across all business units
  • Lead and coordinate security initiatives across teams, sites, and countries
  • Maintain and enforce security policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, including GDPR
  • Manage incident response, security breaches, and business continuity activities
  • Support internal and external audits and deliver clear, structured reporting to leadership
  • Promote a strong security culture and educate employees on risks and best practices
  • Oversee and advise on security technologies such as firewalls, encryption, monitoring, and threat-detection tools
Personal Attributes

The role requires someone confident in navigating large organizations, working in a structured and deadline-driven manner, and adapting to input from multiple stakeholders. You should be comfortable presenting information in various internal forums and collaborating with teams across countries. While deep technical specialization is not required, you must have enough cybersecurity experience to independently drive initiatives, follow established governance processes, and ensure consistent reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, communicative, organized, and able to balance structure with flexibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
  • Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity governance, processes, and program execution
  • Fluency in English
