• Support implementation of SAP Employee Central Payroll and related HR systems.
• Drive user adoption through workshops and training.
• Monitor product impact using KPIs and business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists on functional design and data models.
• Participate in incident management and SLA-based support.

• 10+ years of experience in payroll-related processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Familiarity with HR regulations and Collective Labor Agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
