Coordinate environmental compliance in global infrastructure projects

Ensure environmental performance across complex international projects
As Project Environmental Manager, you will develop and implement project-specific environmental plans, coordinate risk assessments, and ensure timely submission of documentation. You will monitor environmental performance, support sustainability initiatives, and act as the primary interface for environmental topics with customers and subcontractors. Regular visits to installation sites are essential to maintain compliance and provide support.

Regular visits to installation sites are essential to maintain compliance and provide support.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Develop and submit environmental plans and reports in line with project requirements
- Monitor and report environmental risks, KPIs, and non-conformities
- Plan and follow up on environmental activities to ensure compliance
- Support environmental incident investigations and sustainability reporting
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractor environmental performance
Environmental Professional With Project Experience In Infrastructure
You thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your approach is supportive and solution-oriented, enabling teams to meet environmental requirements while delivering projects effectively.
You also have:
- A BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Environment, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in onshore and offshore installation projects
- Knowledge of legal, permit, and contractual requirements
- Experience with environmental monitoring and reporting
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards
- Valid local work permit
