Junior Accountant

We’re looking for a Junior Accountant for our Finance department who will help us with day to day accounting.

About Finance Team

The Finance Team supports the organization by performing financial processes like collecting cash from customers, making payments to suppliers, and processing the related accounting documents. We make sure Tylko follows the tax rules and provides financial information and reports both internally and externally.

We support other departments in planning and decision-making by providing financial insight, maintaining relations with banks and trade currencies.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Sales/Revenue: Verifying, issuing, and posting sales invoices; managing sales returns and corrections; supporting sales settlements (with Customer Support).
• Cost/AP (Accounts Payable): Processing and booking purchase invoices; handling cost accruals and related documentation.
• Compliance: Verifying EU VIES numbers; preparing GUS and Intrastat reports; entering selected accounting documents.
• General Accounting Support: Assisting with bank statement posting and payment preparation (backup); performing account reconciliation and register analysis; supporting month-end closing.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an Accounting department in a similar role (min. 1 year)
• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Accuracy and analytical thinking
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations
• Willingness to learn and develop in the area of sales accounting
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent Polish and at least communicative English
• Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

• Experience with FK Symfonia accounting software
• Experience in an e-commerce company exporting goods to the EU
