About the Role
We are looking for a Junior 3D Game Artist who is early in their career and excited to grow in the game industry.
You do not need many years of studio experience. What matters most is your motivation, curiosity, and portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Create 3D assets (environments, props, simple characters) for our casual / puzzle mobile games.
- Work on stylized, readable, low-poly art optimized for mobile.
- Help set up scenes in Unity (placing assets, basic lighting, simple composition).
- Collaborate closely with our developer / game lead to support gameplay needs and iterate quickly.
- Contribute ideas to the visual style, themes, and moods of our games.
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine interest in games, especially casual / mobile titles.
- Basic experience with at least one 3D tool, preferably Blender.
- Understanding of 3D fundamentals: simple modeling, basic UVs and texturing, clean low-poly meshes.
- A good eye for shape, color, and composition.
- Willingness to learn Unity for asset integration (we will support you).
- Ability to take feedback, iterate, and keep improving.
- A portfolio or examples of your work (student projects, personal work, game jams, etc.).
- Recent graduates are especially welcome to apply.
Nice to Have
- Experience setting up simple scenes in Unity.
- Experience with stylized / casual game art.
- Basic skills in 2D tools (Photoshop, Krita, etc.) for textures or simple UI/marketing visuals.
- Simple rigging or animation experience.
What We Offer
- The chance to join early in a growing studio and shape the visual identity of our first titles.
- Direct, day-to-day collaboration with a senior engineer / game lead and fast feedback.
- A learning-focused environment where you see the full lifecycle of a game (idea → prototype → launch).
- Opportunity to build a strong portfolio with shipped work.
- Competitive salary and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
