- What are the key responsibilities?
- Lead and coordination Oral Care projects (Waterfall model).
- Monitoring project progress and coordinate corrective action if necessary in order to secure” on time” and” in scope” project delivery.
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues & risks;
- Maintaining quality communication with all functions engaged in the project, follow-up coordination;
- Project Scope definition with Brand Team; ;
- Project TimeLine management and Critical Path definition;
- Risk Management;
- Cross-functional project team management, follow-up coordination;
- Comprehensive project documentation creation and maintenance;
- Project management support for Retail environments Projects
- Execution, coordination and follow-up of the projects’ timelines for the development & commercialization of the new products and relaunches
- Lead project implementation communication “updates / follow ups / regular meetings ” with cross-functional teams and Hubs
- Coordination of AW briefing process with HUBs where the minor changes are required
- Work closely with the Hubs to consolidate the commercial inputs and volumes for the Launch Preparation phase
- What are the requirements?
- Very good organizational & communication skills;
- Project management experience in New Product Development gained in FMCG organization - essential
- Ability to direct and work cross functionally;
- Ability to adapt and deal with ambiguity;
- Ability to align different stakeholders;
- Smart Sheet with experience ;
- Previous experience in google tool environment;
- Positive attitude, high engagement, strong people leadership skills.
