Job Description

We are seeking Senior AI Engineers who are passionate about agentic AI systems, LLM adaptation, and real-world enterprise deployments. This role is both hands-on and research-driven, combining model engineering with system architecture. You will work on large-scale generative AI, data analysis, multi-agent orchestration, and advanced NLP/vision applications powering next-generation enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy advanced agentic AI systems, orchestrating LLMs, tools, and workflows using LangGraph, MCP, and agent frameworks
• Implement PEFT/LoRA techniques and optimize LLM/VLM inference using vLLM for production workloads
• Develop next-gen NLP and multimodal solutions: summarization, retrieval-augmented QA, copilots, compliance automation, content generation
• Architect A2A (agent-to-agent) communication protocols for collaborative multi-agent ecosystems
• Build and serve AI solutions via FastAPI, ensuring secure, scalable production deployments
• Create data pipelines for structured, unstructured, and vector databases (SQL, NoSQL, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and UX teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Lead technical knowledge sharing: trainings, mentoring, and best practices
• Evaluate cutting-edge AI research and translate findings into deployable enterprise-grade solutions

Qualifications

Academic & Professional Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields (MS/PhD preferred)
• 5+ years hands-on AI/data science experience
• At least 2+ years working with LLMs or agentic AI systems

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs/VLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs (chat/completions, embeddings, fine-tuning, tool-calling)
• Practical experience with LangGraph or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks
• Strong background in NLP: summarization, QA, information extraction, clustering, RAG
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems (MCP, A2A protocols, tool-calling)
• Familiarity with multimodal AI: text, image, structured data
• Proficiency in FastAPI, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face ecosystem
• Experience with SQL/Postgres, NoSQL, and vector databases
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization with Docker
• Experience in MLOps, data engineering, or knowledge graphs is a plus
