About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on a large-scale, high-traffic multi-service SaaS platform for transportation and logistics management.
This role involves building and maintaining interconnected web applications, dashboards, APIs, and real-time systems supporting multi-tenancy, asset tracking, booking workflows, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack features across applications, dashboards, and APIs
- Implement complex business logic including booking systems, partner and referral workflows
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas for high-performance reporting
- Build real-time systems using Socket.io for live asset tracking
- Manage secure multi-tenant architecture across Node.js and Python services
- Write and maintain automated tests with 70%+ code coverage
- Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies
Required Skills (Must Have)
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python 3.x
- Hands-on experience with Next.js (v14+) and React
- Solid backend experience with NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization)
- Experience with MongoDB and Redis
- Strong understanding of JWT authentication and RBAC
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Bull (Node.js) and/or Celery (Python)
- Experience integrating Python data science or ML models via Flask/FastAPI
- Experience with TypeORM and database migrations
AI-Assisted Development (Preferred)
- Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for code generation and refactoring
- Prompt engineering for debugging, performance tuning, and SQL optimization
- Using AI to generate test cases and improve coverage
