As a Full Stack Web Developer at PSI, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the digital infrastructure that powers our marketing and business operations. You will develop, maintain, and optimize PSI’s websites, marketing systems, and internal platforms to support automation, lead generation, and seamless customer journeys.
This role sits within the Marketing Team, meaning you will work closely with content, automation, CRM, design, and performance teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences that drive growth.
Your mission is to build clean, scalable code, optimize user experiences, integrate systems, and ensure PSI’s digital ecosystem runs flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, update, and maintain PSI websites, landing pages, and digital properties.
- Create responsive, user-friendly UI/UX flows aligned with marketing goals.
- Build custom widgets, modules, dashboards, and tools that enhance PSI’s website and internal systems.
- Redesign existing web sections to improve usability, speed, and SEO performance.
- Work with the Marketing Automation Specialist to integrate websites with HubSpot, CRM, and internal tools.
- Build API connections between PSI systems (CRM, MyLead, marketing platforms, reporting dashboards).
- Ensure accurate data flow between front-end forms, backend systems, and marketing automation workflows.
- Ensure forms, pages, analytics tags, event tracking, and conversion points are functional and optimized.
- Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, integrations, page load, form errors, or CRM data inconsistencies.
- Improve lead capture efficiency through optimized landing pages, form logic, and UX enhancements.
- Create and maintain dashboards (Power BI or similar) that highlight marketing performance, leads, and traffic.
- Support marketing teams with data extraction, automation of reports, and integration of new insights.
- Follow PSI coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing, automation, design, and backend teams on new releases and platform enhancements.
- Manage tasks efficiently to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
- Maintain clean documentation and ensure compliance with PSI policies and data guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (attested degree required).
- 2–4 years as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade websites.
- Experience working with marketing teams or MarTech tools is a strong advantage.
Front-End:
- HTML5, CSS3 (LESS/SASS), JavaScript (React/Angular preferred).
Back-End:
- PHP, Python, .NET Core, or equivalent server-side experience.
Databases:
- SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Additional Skills:
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI or dashboard/report creation is a plus.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
