Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Hunter) with a proven track record in business development and new client acquisition within the staffing and workforce solutions industry. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals of any nationality who are passionate about building new business, expanding into untapped markets, and driving revenue growth in a highly competitive environment.
The position requires a true hunter mindset—opening new doors, winning logos, and developing long-term client relationships, while partnering with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across UAE and wider GCC markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new logo acquisition and first-time clients.
- Prospect, network, and leverage market insights to secure high-value client meetings with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth by presenting tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, consultative relationships with new clients, ensuring trust, credibility, and long-term value creation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring smooth handover to account management and delivery teams.
- Leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to position TASC as a preferred staffing partner.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans in alignment with revenue goals and growth objectives.
- Track performance against KPIs and deliver regular reports on pipeline health, win ratios, and forecast accuracy.
- Actively contributes to refining go-to-market strategies by sharing competitive insights and client feedback.
Proposal & Negotiation
- Design and present customized proposals and workforce solutions that address specific client challenges.
- Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements with a win-win approach, ensuring profitability and scalability.
- Drive deals to closure within expected sales cycles.
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Stay updated on staffing industry trends, competitor activities, and UAE/GCC labor regulations.
- Continuously monitor evolving client needs to adapt sales strategies for greater effectiveness.
- Position TASC as a market leader by offering insights on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure client mandates are successfully delivered.
- Partner with leadership in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategy discussions.
Job Requirement / Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Professional Experience
- 3–7 years of sales hunter experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions (mandatory).
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience in solution-based B2B sales within UAE or GCC markets preferred.
Industry Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of contract staffing, professional recruitment, outsourcing, or managed workforce solutions.
- Experience in selling to multinationals, large corporates, and fast-growing enterprises.
Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, pitch, and close deals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
