Job Title: Tech Product Manager
Reports To: Associate Director – Product
Job Purpose
The Product Manager is responsible for monitoring a product from conceptualization through planning and development. This role involves developing new products, designing and executing plans, testing, and launching them in the market. The position focuses on improving customer retention, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, enhancing product value propositions, and leveraging expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap to achieve year-on-year growth.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market campaigns to ensure alignment between business and product strategy.
- Empower Development and Design teams to execute the product vision.
- Measure and celebrate success using business intelligence tools, modern reporting, and engaging town hall presentations.
- Leverage commercial experience to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of PropTech disruption.
- Proactively resolve potential conflicts with other teams.
- Deliver large-scale, bug-free releases on time and within budget.
- Interpret ambiguity and complexity, transforming them into organized and detailed communication.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering multi-product GTM strategies in SaaS and Monolith environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
