🚀 The Role

We’re looking for a Smart Contract Developer who can design, build, and secure the core blockchain layer of TNGBLE’s RWA tokenisation platform. You’ll own the full lifecycle of our smart contract development — from architecture and deployment to audit and optimisation — working closely with the full-stack and product teams to bring regulated, on-chain asset ownership to life.

If you’re passionate about writing clean, secure Solidity code and shaping the technical backbone of a next-generation Web3 platform, this role is for you.

🧩 What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Design, code, test, and deploy secure, gas-optimised smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2s

•⁠ ⁠Lead development of token standards including (but not limited to) ERC-20

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with full-stack developers to integrate smart contracts with the front-end

•⁠ ⁠Write clear documentation and specifications for contract systems

•⁠ ⁠Conduct and participate in internal and external code reviews and security audits

•⁠ ⁠Research and apply the latest advancements in Ethereum, Solidity, and token standards

💡 What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of hands-on Solidity experience building and deploying production-grade contracts

•⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of ERC-20 standards, events, and implementation nuances

•⁠ ⁠A security-first mindset — awareness of vulnerabilities like reentrancy, overflow, and how to mitigate them

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience with Hardhat (or equivalent) for development, testing, and deployment

•⁠ ⁠Solid grasp of Ethereum fundamentals, the EVM, and gas optimisation techniques

🔧 Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

•⁠ ⁠Experience with ERC-3643 (Tokenised RWAs) or other advanced standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155)

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience deploying contracts on Layer 2 networks (Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon zkEVM, zkSync)

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of major DeFi protocols (Aave, Uniswap, Compound)

•⁠ ⁠Experience collaborating with or conducting smart contract security audits
