- Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers, mentoring teammates and improving tooling.
- Translate complex platform needs into clear, right-sized solutions with fast iteration.
- Experiment with new technologies and champion modern DevOps practices across the team.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.
What You Bring
- 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS (ECR, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2).
- Strong DevOps foundation: GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, CloudFormation/CDK, Python, Bash.
- Solid systems design skills and ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience collaborating across functions, including research/AI teams.
Nice to Have: AWS certifications, Datadog/CloudWatch, Kubernetes, ML workflow familiarity, cloud cost optimization, use of AI-assisted dev tools.
