Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and product goals.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable design components.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences.
- Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Axure.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive UI elements.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
