Job Title: Senior Scrum Master (PEGA Experience Required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical experience supporting PEGA implementation teams. The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams, enforce Agile best practices, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of PEGA-based enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Lead multiple Scrum teams and drive all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, values, and Scrum practices.
• Ensure high standards of team velocity, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
• Track and manage sprint performance, release plans, and team-level KPIs.

PEGA Project Delivery

• Work closely with PEGA architects, SMEs, LSA/CSA teams, and business stakeholders to support solution delivery.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and requirement clarification for PEGA features, rules, integrations, and workflows.
• Identify and remove blockers related to PEGA development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and PEGA platform capabilities.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain a healthy backlog.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Integration, and Architecture teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Drive dependency management, risk mitigation, and transparent communication across teams.
• Ensure strong collaboration between business units and technical teams.

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Promote Agile maturity across the organization through coaching and mentoring.
• Implement process improvements, automation, and best practices within the PEGA delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with organizational SDLC and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience supporting PEGA projects (Pega PRPC, Case Management, Decisioning, Integrations).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks—Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM I or higher).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with distributed or multi-vendor Agile teams.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
• PEGA certification (nice to have).
