Frontend Developer

Role overview

The Frontend Developer is responsible for implementing high‑quality web user interfaces that align with UX/UI designs and business requirements. The role involves working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver performant, maintainable, and cross‑browser compatible web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement features using frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, following best practices and component‑based architecture.
• Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into pixel‑perfect, accessible UI with attention to UX and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate frontend with REST/GraphQL APIs, handle state management, and manage client‑side routing.
• Optimize web pages for performance (bundle size, loading time, Core Web Vitals) and SEO‑friendly structure where relevant.
• Write clean, modular, well‑tested code; participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Required skills and experience

• experience in frontend or web development with a strong portfolio of production web apps.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), including responsive design and cross‑browser issues.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue) and common tooling (Webpack/Vite, NPM/Yarn, Babel).
• Familiarity with Git‑based workflows and Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Understanding of web accessibility (ARIA, semantic HTML) and basic UX principles is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less), design systems, Storybook, or testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Exposure to backend concepts (REST APIs, Node.js) or DevOps/CI‑CD for frontend deployments
