Co-Developement Business Unit is hiring for Senior UX Designer
Internal Code: A25219
This is a 1-year contract role. (There is possibility for further extension)
What will you do?
- Ensure end-to-end design initiatives, from initial concept through to final delivery
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements
- Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively
- Ensure visual consistency and polish across products, balancing aesthetic appeal with usability
- Communicate design rationale and decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders and solicit feedback for refinement
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality, advocating for UX best practices throughout the process
What are we looking for?
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design process, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Proficient in user-centred design principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Advanced skills in creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share design thinking and updates
- Strong understanding in user research methodologies, data-driven design, and iterative processes
- Experience in facilitating workshops and driving design initiatives
- Experience working in an Agile environment
