iPRECIATION is seeking a Project Coordinator (Art & Blockchain Operations) who can support both the organisation’s IT operations and spearhead the development of our upcoming digital platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of fine art and cutting-edge digital technologies, harnessing the potential of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models towards streamlining digital art management and its related workflows. The candidate would also receive the opportunity to develop highly sought-after industrial skills and build their professional portfolio in Web3, blockchain technologies, fine arts, and digital project management.

This is a full-time position based on a 5.5-day work week, with a half-day on Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

Web3 & Platform Operations:

• Oversee the Web3 platform operations, including NFT minting workflows (metadata creation, proof-of-authenticity, token transfers) and blockchain-related product integration (crypto wallet, gas fee structure, payment flows)
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, inventory, and technical guides. Coordinate with the development team to test new features, identify bugs, and provide user feedback.
• Standardise artwork metadata and prepare data for Web3 onboarding and platform launch.
• Support onboarding and training for staff or users transitioning into Web3 tools and workflows.
• Manage daily IT operations, including network (LAN/Wi-Fi), server and NAS management, and regular system backups.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user account setup, email configuration, access permissions, and general IT troubleshooting (Windows, Microsoft Office, basic MacOS support).
• Provide technical support for gallery operations, including website maintenance, maintaining documentation of IT procedures, and assisting with general gallery operations and administrative tasks where required.

Art Administration & Gallery Operations:

• Maintain an updated database of artists, curators, and clients' information to ensure efficient communication across various stakeholders
• Manage an updated inventory of the gallery's artwork collection and library to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Archive exhibition materials, including press clippings and pricing spreadsheets
• Drive attendance of exhibitions and programs and ensure good visitation through effective marketing
• Perform reception duties such as handling phone calls, walk-ins, and enquiries to provide excellent customer service
• Perform condition checks for artworks delivered to the gallery to ensure their safety and integrity
• Perform any administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information & Digital Technology, Electronics Engineering, Arts Administration, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest or foundational knowledge of blockchain, NFTs, or Web3 ecosystems.
• Knowledge of contemporary art, gallery operations, or curatorial practice is a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, Microsoft Office, and general IT troubleshooting.
• Experience with website management, CMS, or basic coding is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a build-stage, evolving digital environment.
