Qualifications
- Recent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technology discipline
- 2-4 years of professional experience in software development or related fields
- Experience working with distributed systems
- Proficiency in building end-to-end features or publishing personal applications
- Strong skills in developing web products using React.js
- Experience with scaling web applications and proficiency in Ruby or Golang
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently with significant ownership and autonomy
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create interactive, visually appealing interfaces for product evaluation
- Ensure consistent and optimized user experiences across all devices and surfaces
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and integrate innovative solutions into development processes
- Develop web solutions utilizing React.js, ensuring best practices for scalability and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to maintain high-quality standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical implementation with business goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team
