What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead a team to successfully deliver working software products using an incremental approach
• Support the team in achieving daily, iteration, and release goals
• Implement and improve Agile/Scrum principles and practices
• Coach teams to higher levels of Agile maturity and facilitate positive team dynamics
• Identify and remove impediments that may interfere with the team's ability to deliver
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• US citizenship is required
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced Scrum Master certifications
• Multiple years of experience leading Agile teams
• Experience with application development and supporting Federal government projects
• Familiarity with modernization and cloud initiatives
• Ability to contribute to innovative principles and ideas in a dynamic environment
