About Go Offer: EdTech company helping IT professionals land jobs in the US & Europe.. Multiple teams (product, sales, marketing, operations) expanding internationally.
The Role: Own cross-functional projects that drive company growth. Coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure key initiatives ship on time as we scale 3x and expand to Europe.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategic projects (product launches, market expansion, operational improvements)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, ops)
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify bottlenecks & remove blockers
- Create project documentation & status reports
- Facilitate meetings & keep stakeholders aligned
- Track project success metrics
- Support international expansion initiatives (Finland, Germany)
- Implement project management best practices & tools
- Report to CEO on project status & risks
Requirements:
- 3+ years Project Management experience
- Tech/SaaS/EdTech background preferred
- Strong organizational & coordination skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Problem-solving mindset (unblock teams, find solutions)
- Comfortable with remote, distributed teams
- Fluent English (international team)
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience with international projects
- EdTech or education industry knowledge
- Technical background (understand product/dev work)
- Project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion)
- Experience scaling operations
