Key responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development and execution of project plans, working closely with teams to ensure clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
2. Familiarize yourself with current project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, actively supporting project execution;
3. Proactively anticipate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the entire project lifecycle;
4. Communicate efficiently with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals;
5. Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates through project status reports;
6. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing excellent organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
2. Certification in project management;
3. 0-12 months of commercial experience;
4. At least B2 level of English;
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills;
6. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools;
7. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technology implementation;
8. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
9. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3. Technical interview (up to 45 minutes);
4. Final interview (1 hour).
