We are expanding and are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join the team and be part of a growing and vibrant brand.

The role:
This is a business focused role for someone who will quickly grasp the strategy of the company, then using their technical and insight expertise, will support initiatives that underpin that strategy using data.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide actionable insights, analysis and analytical reporting to inform key business areas, with a focus on customer behaviour, performance trends and optimisation opportunities.
Contribute to improving data development processes by championing automation, quality, and modern tooling.
Explore and create strategic models to assist with enriching applications and data for TFS.
Maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes, streamline data flows and support strategic initiatives.
What you’ll bring
