- Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
- Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Risk & Impediment Management:
- Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.
- Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.
- Flow & Value Optimization:
- Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.
- Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
- Salesforce knowledge is appreciated
- JIRA is must have knowledge
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Links business strategy to technical execution.
