Key Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Coordination:
• Orchestrates major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
• Manages the ART calendar and ensures program-level cadence.
• Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Coaching & Mentoring:
• Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
• Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Risk & Impediment Management:
• Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.
• Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.
• Flow & Value Optimization:
• Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.
• Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
• Salesforce knowledge is appreciated
• JIRA is must have knowledge

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Links business strategy to technical execution.
