Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager (inside IR35)

Our client is a enterprise IT Consultancy that are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to play a critical role in ensuring teams deliver high-quality work and adopt best-practice agile methodologies.

This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery aligns with agreed priorities.

Location: Telford (onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to agile principles and expected ways of working.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor progress and maintain delivery focus.
  • Support multiple workstreams across different phases of a major programme.
  • Participate in the Scrum Master community to share knowledge, align practices, and resolve challenges through a Scrum of Scrums approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager in complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and delivery best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and drive team performance.
