Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to support delivery oversight, maintain agile ways of working, and ensure effective prioritisation across a multi-phase, multi-team programme. This role requires strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and alignment across several delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery activities, ensuring teams follow structured agile practices and deliver work in the agreed priority order.
• Track progress, support delivery timelines, and maintain close communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, enable continuous improvement, and promote strong team collaboration.
• Contribute to the wider Scrum Master community to align ways of working and support cross-team problem-solving.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums to manage dependencies and maintain consistent delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Attend occasional onsite sessions within the UK for workshops, team collaboration, or delivery alignment.
