The I&BC Manager is responsible for strategically and functionally handling projects through a multifunctional team. They must be organized, analytical, and curious about understanding processes to facilitate task delivery for each project. They should be guardians of Processes and Policies and proceed with approvals on an exception basis when necessary.

Functional Description
The I&BC Manager is responsible for:
- Leading Innovation Projects, Redesign (FY to MKY Line), and Tramlines across multifunctional teams.
- Running timelines.
- Leading Projects considering Diageo's Best Practice Policies.
- Providing solutions for the best business outcomes regardless of area by increasing proposals for decision-making.
- Supporting Project Leaders in communications with Gatekeepers and Stakeholders.
- Leading Projects of varying complexities and delivering on time, within Budget, and KPIs directly connected to P&L.
- Leading recurring meetings such as PEC, WEEKLY, TECHNICAL REVIEW, STATUS SLT, KICK-OFF.
- Registering materials and finished products.
- Providing registration information for CMO, Customer Service, and Logistics (Diageo Commercial and Diageo Industrial) after Final Gate approval.
- Monthly project status updates.
- Increasing issues to owning areas.
- Participating in Innovation Brainstorming agendas and Tramlines.
- Facilitating direction for remaining material balances from underperforming projects.
- Fluent English mandatory
- Proficient Spanish desirable
- SAP - desirable
- Knowledge of innovation project management with skills to operate MS Project; creation and management of timelines.
- Previous experience in production processes and projects desirable
- Complete higher education: administration, engineering or related fields
- Desirable: specialization in project management
