The rapid growth is attributed to our strongest asset — our people. Our teams are highly collaborative and work closely with each client to set clear goals and objectives so that we can deliver exceptional results. Mindgruve is a place where every opinion is valued. Perfect — you’ll fit right in.

We’re looking for a Data & Visualization Analyst to join our growing Advanced Marketplace Analytics (AMA) team, based in São Paulo. This person will act as a key bridge between data and decision-making — bringing structure, clarity, and insight to both client-specific and strategic initiatives.

You will be assigned as Analytics Lead for a group of clients, partnering closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams to deliver smart, scalable, and actionable analytics. At the same time, you’ll contribute to larger cross-functional efforts like case studies, internal insight projects, and thought leadership.

What You'll Do Here

  • Act as Analytics Lead for selected client accounts, owning deliverables such as dashboards, presentations, QBR/MBR insights, and performance analyses.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and business impact.
  • Translate client and team needs into clear analytical frameworks, KPIs, and data solutions.
  • Contribute to AMA-wide initiatives such as cross-department insight generation, case studies, and the development of a scalable analytics library.
  • Support the automation and standardization of recurring analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate across global teams (US, MX, BR), communicating clearly in English; Spanish is a plus.

We Need a Person With

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced), and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — ability to speak and write fluently in English is mandatory.
  • Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with retail media, digital marketing, or creative performance analytics is a plus.
