About The Role
As a Security Analyst, you’ll be part of a high-performing team protecting organisations from real-world cyber threats.
You’ll use your technical expertise and analytical mindset to detect, investigate and respond to security incidents — helping clients stay one step ahead.
This is a great opportunity to build on your operational experience and develop hands-on skills in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management — all while learning from some of the best in the business.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse and triage security events using SIEM tools, and coordinate incident response activities
- Lead or assist with threat hunting and vulnerability assessments
- Develop and fine-tune new detection rules and alerts
- Provide end-to-end operational and project support for clients
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members, helping them grow
- Proactively identify improvements to strengthen our clients’ security posture
About You
- 1+ year of experience in an operational or security-focused role
- Tertiary qualification in IT, cyber security, or related discipline (preferred)
- Industry certifications (e.g. SANS, OSCP, ISC2) highly regarded
- Experience with incident response processes and security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, AV, or WAF
- Strong analytical mindset and a curiosity to uncover threats others might miss
- Current and ex-serving ADF members are encouraged to apply
