Are you a UI designer who loves turning complex healthcare data into clean, usable interfaces? Join MUBA — a pre-seed B2B startup building software for health payers and funders in Argentina. We’re on a mission to centralize and analyze claims, audit and onboarding data so financers can cut costs, reduce errors, and make faster decisions. As our first dedicated Health UI Designer, you’ll shape the product experience from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Lead UI design for core product flows: dashboards, audit tools, onboarding screens, and review workflows.
  • Translate complex, data-dense requirements into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
  • Build and maintain a reusable component library / design system (Figma).
  • Rapidly prototype concepts and deliver pixel-perfect specs for engineers.
  • Work closely with product, data science, and engineering to align UX with technical constraints and metrics.
  • Run quick usability tests and incorporate user feedback to improve designs.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsive behavior, and clear visual hierarchy for data visualizations.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of UI / product design experience (SaaS, analytics or healthcare product experience is a strong plus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates data-heavy dashboards, interface systems, and end-to-end product screens.
  • Expert-level Figma skills; comfortable producing design tokens, component libraries, and handoff artifacts.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and data visualization principles.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers (React knowledge welcome but not mandatory).
  • Attention to detail, pragmatic problem solving, and a bias toward shipping.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Why join MUBA

  • High-impact role at a pre-seed company — your work will shape product and brand.
  • Competitive compensation plus equity (meaningful ownership at an early stage).
  • Remote-friendly, flexible hours; occasional onsite meetings in Buenos Aires.
  • Opportunity to lead design as we grow the team and product suite.
