Compensation And Rewards
We offer this role as a full-time position, but are happy to consider part-time options starting from 30 hours per week!
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 61,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.

Job Description
- You will build elegant, high-performance UI components in TypeScript, React, and Node.js in a modern, cloud-native environment.
- You will work within some of the most advanced frontend architecture, including micro frontends and microservices.
- You’ll help drive the product’s visual and interaction design, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
- You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that values clean code, continuous delivery, and shared ownership
- Solid 10+ years of experience building and architecting complex, responsive and adaptive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Expertise in software design patterns, clean code principles, and test-driven development.
- Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong ownership mentality with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A passion for UX/design and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
