We are looking for

IT Systems Specialist

to join our team in Tartu, Estonia.

The IT Systems Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of all computer and software systems, mobile and cellular devices, printers, copiers, phone systems, and A/V equipment in an on-site environment. This role provides technical guidance and assistance to help end-users effectively utilize hardware and software, while also performing network administration and support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support for a 200+ node network in an on-site, multi-national environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Business Level Agreements (BLAs).
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve incidents and fulfill requests efficiently; participate in departmental projects and service management activities.
  • Support Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, network printers and copiers, wired and wireless networking, and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows).
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for end-users and technical support staff.
  • Provide 1st to 2nd level support for phones.
  • Assist with maintenance and support of Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory, oversee asset lifecycle, and perform asset disposal.
  • Handle system access rights and related administrative tasks.

You Will Succeed If You Have

  • 1–2+ years of experience providing IT support in a business environment.
  • Good communications (Estonian and English) and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (wired/wireless),
  • 1-2+ years Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac Operating Systems (usage, installation, and support)
  • 1-2+ years Microsoft Office / O365 experience (usage, installation, and support)
  • Competence in Hardware installation & troubleshooting
  • Experience with mobile, wireless, and tablet device setup and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
  • Basic technical knowledge of information security
