In Paywerk you have the opportunity to:
- Own the vision, roadmap as well as processes for E-Commerce Gateway in the Baltics, ensuring it delivers a seamless, secure, and scalable payment experience.
- Work closely with partners, engineering and support team to design and deliver payment features and integrations.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for new initiatives.
- Analyse data, merchant feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and new capabilities.
- Support commercial teams with product insights and strategic guidance.
- Coordinate product launches end-to-end, ensuring readiness across all functions.
- 5+ years experience in product management within payments, fintech, e-commerce platforms, or other financial systems.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways and payment methods
- Technical fluency in APIs, integration patterns, and modern architectures, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, internal and external partners, support, merchant-facing organisation).
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Relevant education such as a degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Estonian is a bonus.
