Your new company
We are seeking to hire a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our client's development team, building some of the most high-profile online products in Ireland, used by millions of people daily.
Your new role
- Creating web layouts and user interfaces from design concepts using the best HTML/CSS/JavaScript practices across multiple platforms
- Development and maintenance of large-scale web applications using Python/Django and PHP/WordPress frameworks
- Estimating development effort for assigned tasks and the development backlog
- Collaborating daily with UX designers, content creators, product owners, project managers, testers and the wider development team
What you'll need to succeed
- Substantial experience as a Full-Stack Software Developer, approx. 2-3 years' relevant experience
- Proficient in Python/Django and in a range of other web technologies, particularly HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, Azure Cosmos
- Experience developing and supporting large scale public-facing web applications
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment while ensuring the uptime and availability of services
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills
