What you’ll do:
- Support the Visual Design Lead in the creation and adaptation of visual assets for the Lottery & Gaming Machine Business Unit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, Marketing, Product and Development to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Assist in the development of engaging visual content for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and promotional materials. Also the Junior Designer will support the creation of in-store visual assets such as window graphics, shelf talkers, and promotional displays.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
- Help maintain design systems and libraries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve visual output. Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to business reviews, audits or decision-making forums.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Additional technical skills: basic animation capabilities and familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Recraft) for image generation.
- Good knowledge of layout design for print and retail assets.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from experienced designers.
- Good communication skills in Italian and English.
