We Are Currently Looking To Recruit a
Innovation & Product Manager (M/F) | Full-time – Based in Luxembourg
Your mission: As an Innovation & Product Manager, you will drive the rollout, training, and adoption of new digital tools and technologies within our Luxembourg office.
While the primary focus is on local enablement, the role also involves following up on group-level initiatives and sharing best practices across teams. Acting as a bridge between IT and business units, you will ensure users make the most of our technology investments.
Your responsibilities
Product Management & Innovation
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Build, maintain, and execute product roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Support the evaluation and procurement of new tools and solutions.
- Define and track product KPIs and ROI for business products.
- Design and deliver training programs (e.g. AI platforms, collaboration tools).
- Produce user guides, documentation, and training materials.
- Lead user onboarding, change management, and communication initiatives.
- Gather feedback from pilot groups and coordinate adjustments.
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with IT Management regarding budget, technical specifications, and IT security matters.
- Coordinate IT-related projects and tool rollouts.
- Identify business use cases and support their implementation.
- Provide support to other IT Services as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Management, or a related field,
- Solid track record in product management, IT product ownership, digital adoption, or a related domain,
- Practical experience in IT training, user support, or change management,
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering impactful digital solutions,
- Good knowledge of data analytics, APIs, and cybersecurity principles,
- Strong understanding of enterprise tools, platforms, and digital ecosystems,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously,
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs/ROI,
- Hands-on attitude and genuine appetite for practical involvement—willing to step in, train users, test tools, and make things happen,
- Fluency in English; other languages are an asset,
- ITIL Foundation, Prince2, or similar project management certifications is considered an advantage.
