Your role 💼
We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the rollout and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
The consultant will lead the design, implementation, and governance of communication and collaboration tools, ensuring alignment with business needs, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.
The role involves technical coordination, functional analysis, and project delivery oversight to ensure secure and seamless adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, governance, and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva).
- Define and configure collaboration processes and information structures, ensuring compliance with internal governance standards.
- Coordinate migration activities (data, permissions, workflows) and manage user onboarding and change management.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, in collaboration with IT architects, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation (process maps, configuration guidelines, user policies).
- Ensure alignment between business and IT stakeholders on operational and regulatory expectations.
- Track KPIs, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee testing, validation, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Drive continuous improvement and governance updates for collaboration environments.
Requirements 💡
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst within Microsoft 365, digital workplace, or infrastructure programs.
- Strong functional knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Viva), including security, roles, and governance models.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end deployments or migrations in complex, regulated environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Planner).
- Languages: English and French required; Luxembourgish or German is an advantage.
- Eligibility to work in Luxembourg.
