Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and analytical professional to develop a career in financial reporting and data analysis within a high-performing team. - Run daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.
- Create and configure new reports to meet client and business needs.
- Produce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Management Information (MI) reports.
- Prepare and collate Transfer Agency data for internal and external audit requests.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to review and improve reporting processes.
- Support the wider team in resolving reporting-related queries and ensuring service excellence.
- Previous experience in Transfer Agency, Reporting, or Financial Services.
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
- SQL knowledge required; Visual Basic skills an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Luxembourgish) are a plus.
