Viitorul Nostru Coleg/viitoarea Noastra Colega
- este student/a sau absolvent/a al/a Facultatii de Drept;
- experienta in domeniul juridic prezinta avantaj;
- are personalitate placuta fiind o persoana pozitiva care actioneaza cu diplomatie;
- este orientat/a spre solutii;
- este o persoana dornica sa invete, adaptabila si perseverenta;
- are foarte bune abilitati de organizare si atentie sporita la detalii;
- are cunostinte bune de Office (in special Word si Excel) si capacitate de organizare si prioritizare a activitatilor.
Ce va face alaturi de noi viitorul coleg/ viitoarea colega:
- administreaza dosare de executare silita la sediul companiei sau, ocazional, la biroului executorului judecatoresc partener al companiei;
- furnizeaza servicii-suport pentru responsabilii de dosar/portofoliu in gestiune din cadrul societatii si pentru specialistii din biroul executorului judecatoresc;
- inregistreaza in aplicatiile electronice, corect si in timp util, informatii specifice activitatii;
- pregateste documente si rapoarte relevante pentru activitate;
- asigura arhivarea corecta (fizica si/sau electronica) a documentelor.
- Locatie moderna cu vedere la Parcul Herastrau ? (sector 1, Cladirea Ana Tower);
- Mod de lucru hybrid;
