Summary
This internship offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR student to gain practical experience within a dynamic work environment. As an HR Intern, you will contribute to various HR functions while learning under the guidance of experienced professionals. Detailed Description
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects, aligning with the requirements of your university or college internship program.
- Assist with the recruitment process, which may include posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews (with guidance).
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a focus on Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration with an HR specialization, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong interest in developing practical HR skills and knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office with exposure to manufacturing environments.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
- Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc).
- Basic manufacturing system knowledge.
- No formal experience is required.
- University or College program in progress.
- Education experience may vary by geography.
