About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in business analysis within large-scale digital transformation projects.

This internship is designed for final-year university students who want to build a career as a Business Analyst. You will be mentored and trained by experienced professionals, while also expected to demonstrate curiosity, a research-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Successful interns will be considered for a full-time Junior Business Analyst role after graduation.

What We Are Looking For

• 4th-year Bachelor’s student (preferably Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering programs)
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 days per week during the internship
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills
• Interest in business analysis, documentation, and Agile project methodologies
• A research-oriented, proactive mindset – eager to learn and not solely dependent on supervisors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Assist in preparing user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.
• Contribute to data analysis tasks and research activities.
• Actively support testing processes (e.g., functional and API testing) under guidance.
• Learn to engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and show potential for long-term career growth.
