We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in .NET technologies to join our team. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining scalable backend systems for a variety of clients, contributing to architectural decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is a remote-first position, but occasional in-person meetings or client visits may be required.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions using .NET Core / ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, project managers, and clients to define system requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and manage database operations (SQL Server, Entity Framework).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Document technical designs and processes.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in backend development using .NET / .NET Core.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
